MORE CORE 30 DAY SERIES
TIME TO BUILD!
Here you will find a months worth of core exercises to follow along and guide you to building a stronger core. Your core is more than just your "6 pack" Abs... Just because you may not see them, doesn't mean you don't have them and shouldn't work them. Your core is like a girdle that wraps around your body to help protect vital organs along with providing a structure for your body to produce power and strength. A stronger core not only helps protect and holds your guts in, but most importantly lowers your chances of injuring your back. Building a stronger core overall can lead to better posture and a stronger body!
I'm sure many of you are like me and tell yourself, " oh I'll do some core work after the workout today" but once you are done and polish off the weights you end up talking yourself out of the extra work and say, " ah.. I'll just make sure and knock em out tomorrow..." Next thing you know you, its been 2 or 3 weeks and you haven't done sh*t! If you are one of THESE people or just want to challenge yourself with some new exercises, follow along with me and lets become better!
